borla cut-out question

Hey, i did a search, and helped me but i still have a question about these things i just heard of. I did figure out how they work(finally) by doing a search. But my question is, after working all summer, i have enough money to buy an exhaust for my car(iroc 350 1989). I was pretty set on borla becuase of the quality and the manual cut-out plates. Now since i know how the cut-outs work, i see its only one plate that opens not the multiple ones like the borla. so my understanding is, if i get the borla exhaust (the one with the manual cut-outs) i wount need them if i get the McCord Power Plate II correct. Is there any one who can clear this some of those and just some fyi's about cut-outs for me? thanks alot, albert III

if ya get that borla cat back, you can buy an electric cut out and bolt it in where those plates would bolt in.
