My exhaust set up is a 3 inch straight pipe from the headers of my 350 to a single in, two out Flowmaster exhaust. Now, problem is, I got this done in the state of Florida where there is no emissions testing, but now i'm a student in upstate NY where they do test for emissions. am I gonna hafta put a catalytic converter on before i get tested to reregister my car?

 

Yes, you are going to have to put a converter on. In NY at least upstate you have to pass a visual inspection of emissions stuff. You can probably get away with alot of stuff not hooked up because the person inspecting has no idea what was on there, but the cat is one thing they all know to look for.
