Whats up with this?

They are Hugger Headers but they are $55. Doesn't look the same as the other headers available so I'm curious if they are any good. I run 2.5" catback and a flowmaster muffler and I'd like to decrease some restriction before the cat.

You won't be able to run those on a 3rd gen. The collectors would run right smack into the motor mounts and frame rails.
