In the mail Should be pretty badass once installed. I really wanted a dynomax exhaust all along but the only catback they make is 2.5"

That muffler 17227 flows 854cfm and its not that loud. If ever anyone tells you that your muffler is too restrictive, and you don't have a huge 383 HSR motor with 200+cc AFR heads and a nasty cam, tell them they have no idea what they're talking about I am ordering mine here shortly. There is a rebate on that muffler this month by the way!

With a little bit of custom work we got a 17227 onto an edelbrock 5672 catback. WOW is all I can say. I can't believe how friggin' quiet my car is. It's like the stock mustang noise level. It's amazing when you take into account that it is a straight through muffler. Looking into it I thought it would sound like hell on wheels. As far as the edelbrock, it had a nice crack going through their logo on the muffler case after all of 5 months of use. Looking inside the edelbrock muffler, it looked restrictive and bizzare. This didn't stop it from being incredibly loud. The takehome message is that edelbrock is crap, and it's too bad dynomax doesn't make a catback with the 17227.
