im starting to get Irritated

my buddy sold me a set of edelbrock shorty headers for my camaro the problem is i cant find the y-pipe, i can find numerous y-pipes for camaros with a single cat my car has dual cats. Does anyone have or does anyone know ware i can get a y-pipe for my 91 camaro with dual cats? ive gone to muffler shops to see if they can make me a y-pipe and the estimates are close to the price of new headers so if it comes down to that ill just have to buy new headers that come with a y-pipe.

Did you get a single cat y-pipe with the headers, or just the headers?

Several years ago there were reports of Edelbrock selling y-pipes separate from headers, but haven't seen/heard anything lately.

As usual, it's typically the least expensive to get headers and y-pipe together. Headers only aren't worth much.

Last resort get an exhaust shop to just custom bend you a Y-Pipe. Make sure it's a GOOD place, otherwise you'll get sh*tty bends.

The reason I asked if you had any y-pipe with them is you can modify a single cat pipe to dual cats fairly easily (a lot easier than starting from scratch). However, if you don't have access to the equipment yourself, it is still possible that a shop would charge more to do that than it would cost you to buy a new set with the proper y-pipe.
