Quiet muffler
Why does everyone seam to want louder exhaust?
I'm running headers with no cat and 3" from the headers to the Flowmaster into 2 1/2" outlets. I love the way the car sounds when I want to play but I would love for it to be quiet the rest of the time. The only reason I havn't changed is because I do not want to give up any power.
Is there a such thing as a good flowing performance muffler that is quiet?

I have the 2 1/2 inch Dynomax cat-back (Ultra Flow Muffler) and it is relatively quiet...i like it, but i do have the cat punched out so it is a bit louder than it should be of course, but it sounds nice
The dynomax 17227 is probably the quietest 3" in 2.5" out crossflow muffler. I just got one and I can't believe how quiet it is. Flow is excellent because it is a straight through muffler. I've heard it flows about 850cfm.
