Why fight with a solid welded exhaust ?
Heres some pics of the car im working on right now, SLP 1.75's that have been jet hot coated and have the extra O2 sensor fitting for the LT1 swap, they also have the egr and air injection bungs added for the LT1. Stock 4th gen cat, with a swappable test pipe, 3" magnaflow 4th gen stainless catback.

I have a question for you, what is that little circular thing that is welded on one of the inner tubes. I have always seen those on slp headers but I have no idea what it is for.

Let's see a pic of that 4th gen cat's hanging bracket. I just cut the bottom 1/2 off of my stock 3rd gen bracket to get the cat to hang straight and level. What was your solution or did you get the 4th gen bracket?
