Hey guys...just wondering if anyone has a spin tech muffler on their thirdgen. If so, are you satisfied?

I do and I am Possibly going to a dual oval setup soon with their pro shootout muffler. Just picked up a set of long tubes and need to redo the exhaust now.

I have the crossflow with 3" in and 3" dual exits, it sounds great at idle but is louder than I want at full throttle, but the main thing I dislike is I have a manual trans and every time I shift or let off the gas it pops back real bad, I'm getting rid of it for that reason, the Dynomax I had on before didn't sound as good but didn't pop either.

Alright, thanks guys. I just bought a 1989 IROC-Z Convertible and it's got the stock exhaust. I want somthing that'll sound loud, mean, and very agressive. My first Camaro with a V8

I think hooker is eone of the best cat-back systems out there, it's a fair price, and bolt-on easy installation. It's the best sounding exhaust I've heard on a 3rd gen so far.

I've been running the regular version of the pro shootout, 3 inch in/out. Right now the car has no exhaust Sounded good even with the 305, sounded better with the 350

i have LT's and custom true duals and dual 2.5" pro streets.....F-in loud! they are sweet, they make my car stand out thast for sure...people sure here me coming....there is nothin throaty about them tho, nothin like flows do..best word to describe them is wicked...they have a very distinctive sound to them, and anything over 3 grand sounds almost identical to a nascar...they just scream...they make the car fun right now, but when i get a stereo system i might look into swapping them out for something a little quieter...
