need a bigger bended 90 degree pipe, so how do i figure out the radius of the bend?

or how is the radius measured? Is the diameter of the pipe itself included in this measurement?

Use a piece if tig rod or brake line. Shape the 90* bend into the shape you desire. If you like you can take that and transfer it to paper and draw it as a half or full circle. Measure from one side to the other, straight across. Divide that by two. That is your radius. Standard exhaust pipe radius's are 3,4 and 5 ". Thongs like roll cages use an 8 or 9" radius.
