anyone running long tubes with manual clutch linkage? possible?

Car: 87 formula and 85 olds delta 88 2 d
Engine: 60's 350 holley carb and intake
Transmission: muncie 4 speed with centerforce
Axle/Gears: 3.42 99 camaro rear w/ discs
anyone running long tubes with manual clutch linkage? possible?

i have a 87 formula with 350 non cc and b/w 4 speed ...i used the manual clutch linkage from a 82 bird. i know the long tube headers might have a problem getting past the z-bar and linkage..i have hedman shorties on now with no problems? i just wanna check before hand

id like to know the ans to this , since il have to decide on either shorties or long tubes.
