H,X pipes?
I was wondering if anyone knows about the effects of an H-pipe, or a X- pipe on a system. I like deadbirds setup with the duals in the stock locations. would having more than one H-pipe or X-pipe have any positive effect on the exhaust or is it just wasting time.
the cross-section in the exhaut helps scavange the exhaust gas pulses out of the cylinders.
X-pipes tend to be a little more raspy(dont get me wrong, it sounds great, just saying in comparison to the h-pipe) little more raspy and do better in makeing slightly more HP
H-pipes will sound just a little deeper, and do better at making more torque than horsepower.
more people go with X-pipes it seems. but as for having two cross-sections/ i have no idea. i'll leave someone else to answer that one.

so an x pipe would be better? I have seen alot of H pipes. I was wondering if say 2 h pipes would help out with the scavenging or would it just cause more turbulance in the exhaust. thanks for the info.
