Does anyone have the link for the Single exhaust System picture collection? I just got my exhaust done today, it was supposed to be 3 " but the guy said he couldnt make the bends by the muffler w/ 3 inch pipe- so he had to go with 2 1/2"..-- I need pictures of someone that has a 3 or 4 inch single exhaust system and how the bends are on the back by the muffler.. Thanks!!!
just look at any picture of an aftermarket system on a website like thunderracing or something...
what bend are you talkign about? the one where it 90's into the muffler or the over axle hump bend? you could always go with a dynomax over axle prebent 3", they sell them through summit if you need one. They are cheap, only like 20 or 30 bucks...
but you have to get rid of that 2.5" crap. Your exhaust is only going to flow as good as your weakest link, and there it is, that 2.5" section puts a huge bottleneck on the whole system. Also it sounds like a custom exhaust. I hope its mandrel bent, not crush bent...that will kill power too.

the guy went by the stock spec's..- the same angles the factory used-.. And he said that the one from the axle hump to the muffler was like 120 degrees.. Apparently he couldnt thing of humping it over, and going w/ a 90 deg.. i told him i'd try to find pictures of other peoples aftermarket single exhaust systems..- but yeah- i NEED the 3 inch.. lol-
