2055 02 sensor won't fit...
As the subject says, my stock o2 sensor for the car won't fit into the 2055's i just got, it hits on some of the weld that's on the inside. Is there some smaller o2 sensor that i should be aware of here? Or am i going to have to do some grinding in there?

I just instlaled my O2 sensor in the 2055 headers...it was a little tight, but it went...if some weld is in the way, then i guess you'd have to grind it...you could also then put a little oil/lube on it when you screw it in.

Hmmm that’s weird you guys had problems. I just put my 2055 in last night and had no problems. My o2 sensor just screwed in with a ratchet. Getting it out of the old header now that was a pain in the ***.

Common with coatings on the threads and/or weld splatter like mentioned.
Get an 18mm pipe tap and go to town :-)
I think the cheapie auto stores like advance and otterzone carry a cheap thread chaser that should do it.
