92 Camaro

Hey im new but i have a 92 z28 Camaro i gone through magnaflow flowmaster u name it 80 series 40 series and i cant seem to get my car loud enough to get attention can any one help me out plz...

im looking to get a catback exhaust for my 91 and i wanted to go from the headers back but i was told by three leading shops that the third gens cant do true dual because of space lack on the drivers side.

Would DmH or quicktime be better cut outs for electric and do i have to re program my computer for the cut outs to register and run right
