Does this sound right?

Ok, I will be getting full exhaust for my 90' Formula TBI so here is the plan:
After reading a bunch on the forum I think I will go with
1. Hooker 2055 headers with y-pipe
2. Catco 9118 converter
3. Hooker 16823 catback

Will all of the this work together and bolt up without welding or other modifications? I need everything to be emmissions legal too. Do I need anything else to install this? Thanks a lot.

Neil

You're probably going to need all 90* spark plug wires. The stock plug wires have some straight ends that usually hit the tubes when you install headers. You can get aftermarket plug wires from companies like MSD, Accell, etc. or you can just get stock replacement plug wires for a late-model GM truck (for example, an 89 Chevy 1500 with a 350/5.7 motor). Those trucks came stock with 90* plug wire ends.

Cool. Thanks. I will have to check on those plug wires. I may use some from my '95 Z. Is it common to burn plug wires with these headers?

I run mine underneath the 2055's and managed to burn one wire immediately after install, but that was my own fault. Nothing since.
