Transfering Headers and Exhaust off a '92 Camaro to an '88 Firebird.
Will I run into any problems transfering Headers and exaust from my '92 Camaro to my '88 Firebird TransAm? The Camaro is a 305 Throttle Body Injection, the FireBird has a 350 TPI, and the headers are not emissions legal but im not worried about it not passing an emissions test.
Will the car have any problems with the emissions besides passing the smog test, and if it might...what can I do to prevent or fix it???

The only way you would have problems is if it has longtubes and the camaro is an auto and firebird is a manual. Also if it is all welded you will have to cut the muffiler off to remove all the exaust. Unless you removed both rearends from the cars so you could keep it all intact. To much work to do that to me tho.

One thing you may run into is clearance on the firbird....age of motor mounts etc......also every car has its variations........it should be pretty straight fwd.....as far as emissions in Cali........find "the place to get emisions inspections done"......find that Millitary hook up........if you have a visual inspection you could attach "dummy" air tubes........
good luck,
