Need some part numbers for exhaust gaskets.

Need some part numbers for exhaust gaskets.
did some searching but couldn't find part numbers, just part names.
I am installing a set of Hooker 2460 headers on my 88 formula that have a 3 hole collector with a 3' OD.
I am looking at Percy aluminum exhaust header gaskets and collector gaskets, but not sure which ones fit.
Colectors are listed as 2.5" ID, 3" ID, and 3.5" ID.
These are the part number from summit of the parts that I think may work with the headers I have,
Collector gaskets, PHP-66002
Header Gaskets, PHP-66011
ARP header Bolts, ARP-100-1101
and these are the headers I have,
Hooker Headers, HOK-2460-1HKR
