I finally just finished reinstalling my axle and pro-kit lowering springs, so once it was on the ground I took a look so see if anything was hanging too low. I noticed the I-pipe is a bit low before it bends upward to go over the axle.

I'm wondering if this is normal and how I can fix it. I thought about cutting 1/2" or more from the pipe, but I've already clamped it and it doesn't want to come apart. Any ideas?
