New muffler / system for a GTA 305
New muffler / system for a GTA 305
So as of now it sounds great at low RPM with the stock muffler and exhaust system. However in the higher rpm range it starts to sound like a hick truck.... gets high pitch and has some pops.
I cant aford to blow a huge load on a muffler / exahust system, $300-$350ish at most.. I was looking at Flowmaster Series 80; I have heard they sound nice for the price (and loud).
Should I bother putting in new pipes or just a new muffler?

If all you're trying to change is the sound, just get the muffler. If you're trying to improve performance, get the whole cat-back system.
