Headers not lining up

Heres one for ya i have,I have a 350 60 over block has been decked... also have dart iron eagle heads theyve have been cut down to 58 cc.I have hooker 2460 headers and the 16767 y pipe.the y pipe is a bout an inch to long to fit on the headers any reason can you guys come up with why this is...Before i lose my mind on this..
