Can't find 3" cat-back with Spintech, what about cat-back with no muffler?

So I cannot find anyone that has a 3" cat-back with Spintech muffler on it. It sounded like Mufflex would have to custom-make one and he said $600-700, bah! I'll buy a damn Borla at that price.

So, the question is dear fellas: can someone point me to a 3" cat-back with a Spintech muffler or to a 3" cat-back with no muffler included? That way I can just order the Spintech and have it installed.

TIA

Find another muffler shop...

After my headers are installed, I am bringing a new cat and flowmaster super 40 to a muffler shiop... for 3" pipe & mount, they said $2-$300...

I bought the exhaust parts I wanted and I'm taking them to the muffler shop to have them bend the 3" pipe / weld / mount...

Also, unless you want to show your pipes, consider a 1 in 1 out, as opposed to the stock 1 in 2 out... thr first choice flows better...

Finally, a reply!

The shop I've been going to says they won't bend a pipe to go over that axle, too much of a PITA. Apparently there is one shop that does mandrel bending around here, I might have to find them.

I do want the dual exits, just looks wrong without them IMO.

I was considering just using the 2.5" aftermarket piping on there, but if I can find a place that will do a 3" mandrel cat-back with the spintech muffler, that might be the way to go.

So the muffler shop finds it a pita to do what you want and take your money?

I'm going for the 1 in 1 out personally, cuz on some cars, it's nice to see the exhaust and on some, it's ok to hide... I'm hiding mine... But it will be hear )

yeah if the shop dont wanna bend over the axle, then find another shop. thats rediculous. my local mieneke will do most anything but only up to 2.5inch pipe cuz the bender cant do bigger. but if you want you can already buy bent sections of pipe and have them connect it... summit sells all kinds of bends

i got a couple custom shops that can do good exhaust work. they bend w/e you want and make it fit great
