i have headmen long tubes on a 85 firebird duh! any way do they make a y pipe for them and if not does any one

 

You'll have to have something custom-made.

 

do you think that would be more then a new set of long tubes or shorties and a y pipe

 

that will be up to your fabrication skills and your welding skills. I made my own custom 3" long tube ypipe using some 3" stainless pipe I bought off ebay. I then bought a 3" J and U bent pipe and made all my own cuts and welded it up. Looks professional and it cost me about $50 in marterials and a weekend of my time.
