t5 and full tube headers will it work?

i was told that to get full tube headers to fit on a third gen with the t5 trans i would have to modify the headers some way because they would hit the bellhousing, is this true? and how would i modify them to fit?

The headmens have fitment issues on the drivers side the collecter hits the clutch slave cylinder. They can be made to fit as I have them on my car now.Use the search as it has some good write ups on the mods needed/get the hookers, but they hang lower.

I use hooker 2138's

They use the stock exhaust routing and never come anywhere close to the bellhousing
