Is it possible to find headers for a 3.1l v6? Will i notice any performance gain from swapping out the manifolds? The entire exhaust on my car is brand new, new hollowed cat, new center pipe, new flowmaster 80 series and new dual out tail pipes. The only things that need replaced are the y-pipe and the manifolds.

Any suggestions?

 

Do a search on the V6 board this question has been posted numerous times there.

 

I tried searching for v6 headers and only got posts on v8 exhaust info.

I emailed hawks thirdgen, and they told me that the headers for a 2.8l will bolt up to the 3.1 with no problem.

Yea, pacesetter made headers for the 2.8/3.1 cars, but I don't know if they still make them. Best bet is prolly eBay....
