sorry for the bad quality, my set up, stock headers, Y pipe and cat, no muffler, i went to auto zone and fashioned and extention so it dumped out the factory drivers side tip, people think its a V6 till i start it up

...then they think it's an old farm truck that the exhaust has rotted off of.
A bone stock TBI motor less the muffler sounds like crap.
Kind of like... putting a flowmaster on a v6. Sure it is loud(er) but, it is a far cry from good or, tough sounding (and by any means faster due to noise).
I know.. my 91 RS had a hollow cat and dual no muffler pipes out back when I bought it.
Brought it home and promptly put a muffler on it.
JMO though...

its not staying like that, i like the way it sounds, but i think it needs more of a growel, once i get the money im going with headers and a 3" exhuast with a high flow cat and a force pro series muffler, i just like what it did for me preformance wise so im going to have to keep it for about another month or two till its all said and doen

You sure that even helps you performance wise? That could be all in your head. Theres a good chance that if anything it may have hurt your hp

i never used to be able to spin through first (auto) by just mashing it, now i can, backpreasure is just a myth
