Cleaning paint off exhaust tips

Hi, I was driving the other day and mustve drove over some paint on the road because when i got home there was paint all over my wheel well on and some on the fender. I manage to clean it off before it dried up but it wasnt till a few days later that i noticed paint splatter on my exhaust tips.

I've only tried a wet towel so far but is there any product out there that can remove the dried paint easily? Its probably been 4 days since the paint got on it.

When I bought my car the previous owner had a cheap *** paint job put on it that has comepletly faded now.And the did a horrible job of taping and covering certain parts.I had paint all over my chrome tips.I just used paint thinner and a brillo pad, came right off with a little elbow grease
