are there any companys that make a 4 inch cat. converter ?

Not that I am aware of.....your only option would be a hiflo 3" with the inlets and outlets opened up, or you could look for some factory 3" cats that have a larger (taller) body...then cut off the inlets and outlets and weld on some 4" nipples. Some of the truck cats (pick-ups) have a large enough body that you could do that but you may run into clearance issues getting them on you car.

I thought Magnaflow recently came out with some, but I couldnt find it on their website. Maybe you'll have better luck.
