A. I. R. system conection to catalitic converter

Hi, when I bought my GTA, it doesn´t have the conection from the AIR system to the catalitic converter.

How can I fix it?, does any have pictures of how this conection looks like?

I know some of you removed all the system, but I want to restore for now.

Thanks

Re: A. I. R. system conection to catalitic converter

its a stainless steel tube and it connects off the back of the pump with rubber hose and a TEE

its pretty straightforward

i could take a pic of the one in the engine compartment of the 85(LG4) since the engine is out right now but it wouldnt really help you much

good luck

Re: A. I. R. system conection to catalytic converter

Can I use a rubber house, like the ones used for radiator, from the exhaust to the catalytic converter

Or it will burn, ´cause I dont want another fire in the engine bay.

And by the way thanks for the help

Like used on the radiator? No.

But, high temp green silicone hose - yes.
