need to bend subframe?????

need to bend subframe?????

i just bought a set of used flowtech afterburner headers and i the original owner tells me that in order to install them with his motor he needed to take a grinder to a notch thats on the subframe and bend it? i dont know about if you guys have come across this but i kinda dont want to cut my subframe lol

did you try installing them? If you have issues typically it's worn motor mounts that need replacement. I've cut stock kmembers before, but never the subframes, although using a hammer to make 1/8" of room wouldn't hurt much.
