no idea what are asking. Try cleaning up your post, your English is kinda broken and I don't know what you want.
For example: "just got threw putting a new o2 censer in and exhaust pipe to quiet down"
What does that mean? O2 sensors don't quiet cars down at all...
And then you say you got an exhaust but don't like it and want another...
What kind did you get, why does it suck? What are you willing to spend.... Ask clear questions, and you will get the help you want.

I just put new exhaust pipe on from catalytic converter to the muffler ,not really sure what kind it is cost me a whomping 24.99 at advanced auto. The old one had 3 holes in it.as for the o2 sensor is was trying to say i put a new one on (didnt mean i put it on in the exhaust pipe) i know that it doesnt quite it down but it did shut off my check engine light..... AND I WAS LOOKING for some advice on getting a whole new exhaust system (muffler, tailpipes ex..)put on my car ?????????? I was told i have leek at my manifold and a gasket needs changed ???I still need new tailpipes ,my right side is gone, but for cost about 300.00 to 500.00 ,AND I GUESS THAT PRICE MEANS ME DOING IT MYSELF .When i took it to a muffler shop they wonted 220.00 just to put the exhaust pipe and o2 sensor on ,and it cost me 32.00 .
But sorry for the broken english from a mom with four busy and loud kids trying to type a message for advice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, now I know what you need. As for help, not much is going to help with out some $. Are you looking for the cheapest cat-back? If your motor is not modified, then just go with a stock replacement. If you want that to be louder, swap the muffler with a used piece off ebay. Search ebay, you will find a cheap GOOD cat-back on there in no time. Pretty much anything that is aftermarket will make the car sound a TON better than stock. I like spintech, but they aren't the cheapest guys out there.
I run a 4" catback after my hooker long tubes. I love it.

Dynomax is what you want aluminized so it will last a decent amount of time. It's probably the best cheap system out there for the V6. That pipe you just put on, unfortunately, will last maybe 6 months before it rots out.

As for the over axle pipe... easiest way with the one piece pipe is loosen lugs on the pass side wheel, jack the rear up then put jackstands under the subframes where the lower control arms bolt but make sure the control arms are not blocked. Let the rear end hang down but support it with the jack. On the passengers side undo the control arm from the rear, undo the shock and the sway bar and remove wheel. That should let the pipe slide in from the side without too much effort.

There's plenty you can do for more power even with the V6, though it's not as easy since there are fewer parts easily available.
As for the frame not being made for a V8, who ever told you that is incorrect. Your car has the exact same setup as any of the V8 cars. Only differences as far as "dropping it in" are the mounts on the car need to be for a V8 and in a different spot. ( they are held in by 3 bolts on each side and not that hard to switch ) There's a lot of work involved, don't get me wrong but as far as physically fitting a V8 in, there's nothing to it really. I have done it more than once personally.
