I don't know what sort of reputation the Pacesetters have, but the second set sounds like FlowTechs and you'd be best to avoid them.

Re: any of these headers?

pacesetter's reputation is just about as far down as SS autochrome. it's not unheard of for their products not to fit very well, as well as problems with the flanges not always holding up so well and cracking at the welds. now granted this was with RX7 parts and exhaust wise they are a little harder on parts then a piston motor but even then they should make a product to last and fit better. So sure you might be fine and I haven't heard of their work with thirdgen stuff but with what I understand with rx7 parts they have made I would stay away from them.

Yeah... pacesetter made or still makes exhaust headers for vw flat 4's too, including muffler and double chrome tips. Now, it looks cool, but it actually performed worse than stock. LOL

But it was way cheaper than stock, so atleast 1 parameter was good.

Re: any of these headers?

I purchased the second set you listed a while ago. And althiugh the service and delivery were great, th headers them selves are the summit G9055 and y pipe is a flowtech unit. Installation was a breeze and every thing bolted up as it should have. I have heard that these dont flow well and that the y-pipe is really closer to a t-pipe cause of their design. If you want a basic cheap set of headers you could go with these, however i have replaced them with the hooker 2460's and have noticed a world of difference in the material quality as well as sound. Power wise i can't say yet as i havent dyno'd it since i got the new headers.
