Hi Flo Cats
I removed my dual cats which were toast and replaced with straight pipe.Due to the smell of the unburnt hydrocarbons (strong gas smell) I want to reinstall dual Hi-Flo Cats, my question is what brand doesn't cost an arm and a leg....suggestions please.
I am removing the A.I.R. equipment in the engine bay and plugging up the manifolds so they do not need to be A.I.R. compatable....thanks !!

Re: Hi Flo Cats
Catco makes a dual cat set-up. Arm and leg? Well, that's up to you.

Re: Hi Flo Cats
That smell is half the point of removing the cats LOL. Learn to like it, because that is the smell all the OLD camaros and firebirds made when they first came out. My buddy has a droptop 98 SS and no cats. That thing smells awesome when we were sitting at the red light with the top down.
Count me down for liking cars to NOT have any exhaust smell whatsoever.
I'm running the Catco 9118. But it's the single cat setup. Could do that if you want. But they do make a dual cat setup as well. I figure the single one flows well enough and makes it easier for hooking up to headers, why not.

Well I love the smell of diesel too. I love it when a pickup drives by and just shuts the lights off!
