LS1 4th gen headers?
I'm sure there is an answer on here, but I couldn't easily find it using the search feature. Why exactly won't 4th gen headers fit thirdgens? The LSx swap long tubes are crazy expensive and I'm desperatly searching for an alternative. I was wondering what needs to be done to make 4th gen headers fit an LSx motor in a thirdgen? Any answers would be appreciated. Thanks,

Did you check the Engine Swap LTx/LSx subforum?
The 4th gen headers kick out and hit the 3rd gen frame member. You'd basically have to cut & reweld them.
