first,, id like to see a picture of someone with a 5 speed and true duals.
second is it wise to mod the tran cross member for exhaust, because it seems to be the lowest point on all these exhausts.

This is what i just fabbed up, and yes it is plenty strong, plus im gonna have a motor plate,,, so no worries about twist.
Or, should i be more worried about how low my headman longtubes will dangle?

 

your hedman longtubes won't dangle that low. i dig the crossmember mods. they look plenty stout. i'm running a set of solid motor mounts, so no twist for me either. i just trimmed my crossmember up. i wouldn't do it if i was actually running a rubber or poly engine mount, but since i got solids, i wasn't worried about it.

I have a 91 RS T5 trans, stock suspension. I have 2.50 duals with an X-pipe, except mine has shorty headers. I'll try to post some pics soon.
