how do i........
get a muffler of an exhaust when its been clamped? itll spin but wont pull off? i dont wana destroy them as there good mufflers. any suggests?

there really isnt much you can do besides cut.. thats why everyone hates those U-bolt type clamps once there tightened its pretty much there to stay. you cant really reach inside a exhaust pipe and pound the metal back. if your intent on saving it your best bet is to fire up the torch and get it nice and red and start pulling too see if you can get the metal to strecth to let it go.

If you end up having to cut it, you may be able to use a band clamp to put it back together. Something along this line ...
