What all year headers would fit and work on '83 Firebird
I got an '83 Bird with a '77 400SB Carbed in it. I was wondering if late 70's-early 80's headers would bolt on or do I need to just get them for the '83? I don't need an o2 sensor. Slight modifying or grinding don't bother me either. Anybody with any experience would be great just trying to save some money if I can. One other thing is can I use headers that are supposed to be for angle plug heads or no. Greatly appreciate any input Thanks.

A 400ci engine needs some good breathing. Check out Dyno Don's 1 3/4" headers and y-pipe. Search the exhaust board for "dyno don headers" and send him a PM or email.
Yes you must use 82-92 thirdgen headers. Our cars are unique.
