I just bough this (picture) ...The inlet is 2.25 inches just like the stock firebird pipes...so they are both the same size...I am trying to put it in my car...my question is what is the best way to put it in (besides welding)??
I have already cut out the old one about where this one would start...Any opinions ideas as how to make this work??

Bring it to an exhaust shop and have them expand one end, then slide and clamp it on with GOOD bands.
