You don't want to anyway, O2 sensors are a good thing. Just search around to find out why.

Re: O2 sensor delete
yeah I think the o2 sensors delete kits are for fourth gens since they have 4 sensors...they are called o2 sensor simulators...but on a third gen...very bad idea...your car would never run correctly..probably run in by-pass mode with no power or mileage...computer wouldn't know what to put the mixture at.

Re: O2 sensor delete
If disconnected, I believe it will stay in open loop mode (basically warm-up) and would just run pig-rich the whole time. If you put a resistor in it to fake it out (I believe a 2.2k ohm is what does it, but don't take my word), then it'll think it's at a perfect 14.7 afr, which could be worse than running pig rich (too lean = engine damage/over heating). The good news is, the car would still run just fine at full throttle, since that's all open loop and does not use the O2 sensor, just MAF (since you're an '89 it says) x RPM, I believe.
Just keep the O2 sensor haha. 20 bucks for a bosch, which has mixed reviews or 70 for an AC delco which always works. Cheaper than the import guys so don't be complaining.
