Ball and socket flange qustions

I'v looked and i can't find a stainless steel ball and socket flange Reducer kit, but i have found some universal 3 bolt flanges with Reducers in stainless. if i where to just use the universal 3 bolt flanges and have tubing expanded for the reducer to couple and bolt to my current headers would that work? I guess what im getting at is, Is there any different between the flange O.D or I.D sizes etc?

There doesn't look like there's a different but maybe someone else might know i don't have any to compare off hand . . .

Reason being im going stainless from the headers back

Sure, why not take the pieces there and have them welded instead of expanded and clamped

There for my hedmans so i need some reducers im going all stainless from the end of the headers back so i need a set of stainless ball and socket flange reducers . is there a different between 3 bolt universal flanges Vs 3 bolt ball and socket flanges? i don't have any to compare of hand. i can order a set of stainless 3 bolt universal flanges and have a stainless tube expanded to work with my headers but would the universal flange work with this style coupling ?
