Exhaust "clacking" sound after acceleration

Hey guys, just bought and installed a Borla cat-back system and dynaflow cat on my 305 tpi. It sounds great! the exhaust is 3 inch stainless and i assume that the loss of backpressure is allowing the engine to run a little rich after acceleration. does anyone know a way to lose the 'clacking' sound? do i increase intake flow? decrease fuel pressure? i dont want to lose performance. do i just live with it? it doesn't sound terrible but i worry about what the long term effects might be.
