First off: 88 base Camaro, 305 tbi.
I'm gonna replace my whole exhaust system, and for starters, was wondering if this was a decent buy. Any info on it will be helpful. I'm no expert, but it seems that this piece here will connect straight to the glassbox itself. After I make a decision on this section, I will start looking towards the rest of the system, from headers to glassbox.
Thanks for ANY info!

well everyone on here says that flowmasters arent very good and contrary to their name, they do not flow very well at all. that being said, I have never used them and that system seems decent for the price. I myself would go with the magnaflow cat back. its only like $420, not much more than this setup and a lot of people on here have said that it flows very nicely and sounds good, mild when cruising or idleing and very mean when you get on the throttle.

hmmm i respectfully disagree i had a flowmaster american thunder 80series 3 inch in and 3 inch out on my 88 gta and befor the flow master was a full borla catback system and the flow mast flowed better and sounded meaner. it gave it that true american hot rod sound.
