magnaflow or dynamax?
i have a hooker aerochamber right now but is a little quiet i think due 2 my cat guts being in it since my cat i found out is empty and i didnt do it. i was looking at magnaflow 12267 but wasnt sure what kind of flow it had and what kind of hp it supports. i want a nice deep sound and im not worried about my neighbors cuz they dont really mind. i expect to be pushing around 500hp so i need a good muffler for it. if any one could point me in the right direction it would be great.
oh i almost forgot . i have a 3inch cat back system and dyno dons 1 3/4 shorties. on a carbed 383 stroker.

Re: magnaflow or dynamax?
I just removed my Flowmaster 80 and installed Hooker 2055's with a 3" Dynomax catback I got off here for $65. It's very quiet compared to my old Flowmaster 80. Dynomax makes a couple different mufflers, so depending on the one you choose they could sound different. The Dynomax is almost too quiet for me and I'm still evaluating whether I like it or not. I may put the Flowmaster 80 back on. I'm not sure about the Magnaflow but as far as I understand they don't make a system for third gens.
