glasspacks

does anyone know if glasspacks are legal or illegal in the state of washington?

not sure about your state,but if all the emissions are there like the cats,it's just a muffler.

I live on Whidbey Island and the cops have been cracking down on the ricers and their fart cans. Not sure how they feel about glass packs though on V-8's though.
