Restrictive crossover sections are a thing of the past, thanks to Magnaflow’s refined Y-Pipe section. Allowing a more wide-open exhaust path, the Magnaflow Y-Pipe encourages free scavenging that amps-up your horsepower.

Precision-crafted from 400 series stainless steel, the Magnaflow Y-Pipe features a stamped design that’s far less restrictive than stock crossovers. Beyond power gains, you’ll notice a reduction in unwanted noise, too—the best of both worlds.

What’s even better, Magnaflow’s Y-Pipe is custom-made for your ride and fits directly in place of your stock pipe. You can weld it on yourself, right in your own driveway, or pick professional installation. Best yet, your Magnaflow Y-Pipe carries a Lifetime Warranty.

Re: SS 3" IN 3" OUT Y pipe $27.00 shipped

I would be concerned on what their y-pipe consist of. The third gen camaro y-pipe is a lot more complex in shape then what the picture is showing. Hence why they are usually expensive to have someone custom make one or to buy from a company. For 27 dollars (hell even for the original price of 70) I would want to see proof from the company what the actual product look liked.

It's not a complete Y pipe, (IE from headers to cat). It is simply a merge, they are about 10" long, that "sale" price is about 10 cents cheaper than summit has them regularly.

and with summit you will pay $4 or $5 bucks More for a handling fee..
up to like $12 bucks. for things like headers.. when you drop $10.000 into a fix in the last 3 weeks you start to shop !!

you could never get a SS Y part. like this at any shop for this price..

remember this is just 1 part of the Exhaust.

Not sure what exhaust shop you go to but the one I use the prices are usually cheaper than summit because they get exhaust parts direct from the distributor.

The sets of headers I have purchased have came with a Y pipe, Those would definitely be needed when making your own. Your question wasn't specific and someone response made it seem that you were asking if it was a complete Fbody Y pipe.

To Me..My Question was Specific.(try this place).and.. His Reasponse. Made it SEEM LIKE i was asking.about (a part). But if you look at the Link i posted.. you can see it's Just a Part.... and im aking about a Place.
and has for the exhaust shop.. i use the parts i pick out..
all i do is just have them weld it up..this way I get what I want..

the way i want it..

and when you Buy Hooker Header's 2210's in CC.. they dont come with a Y pipe you will have to have one Made. and this will Be just 1 part Of that. assbly..

Re: SS 3" IN 3" OUT Y pipe/Part. $27.00 shipped

i bought 2 of those, chopped them apart and made my dual cat setup, 4" in 4" out and 2 3" bullet cats. Its a well made part, the quality was very nice. It was almost a shame to cut it up.

Your question was specific, the response made it seem as if it was about a complete Y pipe. My bad, I get on at work and sometime I am interupted and dont get exactly what I mean in when I post.

Re: SS 3" IN 3" OUT Y pipe $27.00 shipped

No Prob..

i have not had any cats on my Z28 in 15+ years..(just lucky)

this is going to be from the hooker 2210 header's.. into 10" of 3" pipe on ea side.then
to 2. 3" Cut out's(1 on ea side) then into the Y and a single 3" catback out.

that way i can always open them Up.. simple

the old set up was

SLP SS 1 3/4" Headers into there Y pipe then into a edlbrk cat cat
(with out the Cats)..that was good for 11.70 passes..
