hi well my muffler went out on my camaro quite a while back and i'll finaly be getting my muffer on the 6th of dec. and well im a clean freak with cars i like whatever i can get to clean and shiny so i'll be polishing the muffler lol and its just a replacment muffler but i just have a question which might sound stupid but is there anyway to make the muffler sound meaner like deeper somehow and anything else that i could do? and what size of hangers do they use and is there anything i can use to clean inside the exhuast so gunk doesnt pile up in there? thx i'll be getting it for 38bucks from shucks is that a ok price i just dont wanna be ripped off

 

If you want a louder meaner exhaust, save up for a performance muffler. Hooker, magnaflow, and flowmaster are popular around here. I know a flowmaster 80 series will be quite a bit louder and is a direct replacement.

 

thing is i'll be replacing the exhuast later and i just dont have the money at all for the extra cost of a better muffler plus i already ordered it and i just dont want the car sounding like a fart can anymore
