Well i got some headers for my 87 camaro 305 tpi...heres my thing im trying to figure out..i got the y pipe with it..but the y pipe i cut off was from the cat but i got a 3 1/2 inch flowmaster exhaust with no cat on it...and the y pipe is 2 1/2 i would say...could i just cut the tips off the y pipe can i just sauder them to my exhaust cause i dont want 2 1/2 inch exhaust so is this possible?
