I'm new here, but have done a lot of looking around, and find it a very resourceful site. I do not have a thirdgen, but i do have a Carb'd 305 in an '86 truck, and this site seems to have a lot of 305 info.

But right now I have headers into true duals(h-pipe) with summit turbo mufflers dumped at the axle. It sounds decent but is pretty quiet. I want a good sound, but louder, without rasp or crackling. I will probably run tailpipes with tips as well. What are some suggestions? I have been looking at SLP loudmouths (1 or 2) and maybe spintechs or some magnaflow bullet mufflers. has anyone heard a 305 with these on them?

I have a 305 with a single inlet and dual outlets Firebird Flowmaster... sounds good... I think though I am gonna go with LM2 when I get around to getting serious about my 383 swap...

 

would moroso spiral flows with my setup sound rediculous or would it be pretty good. I'm really leaning towards them now.
