Headers point down.
I just installed long tube headers on my 91 camaro 305 and they hit the ground. I noticed that the tranny mount was bad, do you think if I replace the tranny mount it will raise the headers back in place. Thanks.

A trans mount woudnt make that much of a difference. Are you sure they are the right ones?

What are your motor mounts like? Is the car lowered? You do give up some ground clearance with longtubes. What brand header are they?
