Replacing Y-pipe bolts
A few weeks ago I posted a problem with my car that described a loud knocking sound.
Turns out the driver's side header/y-pipe bolts fell out and it's leaking.
I have Hooker 2055's with the y-pipe obviously.
My initial thought was to use nylon lock nuts until I realized that it gets much too hot for the nylon to last.
What kind of bolts would you guys recommend to use to provide a more secure hold as far as bolts and nuts go?

Any hardware store has locking nuts that don't use the nylon inserts - the hole in the nut is kinda oblong instead of round when you look into them - those and locking washers should be successful.
