My question is that I dont know what kind of exhaust I can install, because I went to the muffler store and hey said that they dont really make an exhaust systems for the 2.8 liter V6 camaro, but they said that they can install a flowmaster muffler, and they weld on the rest of pipes for $250, + whatever tips I want are extra $$...what do you think?is it worth it?thanks! Im getting it done next week. Or do you guys have any other suggestions?


Im looking for a loud aggressive sounding exhaust.

 

its up to you. I don't think i would say a 2.8 with exhaust would sound aggressive but if you like it go for it. doesn't seem like a terrible price

 

Well yeah its a V6 but thanks.....I just dont want it to sound like stock anymore..but yeah for the proce i might get it. but what about a Magnaflow is there much of a difference sound wise?

 

from my experience, Magnaflow is more of a refined sound and flowmaster is more of a loud sound. but this all depends on what model muffler it is. search on youtube for videos of v6's with exhaust and pick what you like.

 

ive experienced that flowmaster mufflers have a drone in the cabin to them....not saying i dont like the sound but in the cabin it resonates
